He made it very easy to understand the different options we could get in the Highlander. Sean was very patient with all our questions. We felt very comfortable when it came to discussion the money and payment options and completing all the paperwork. A wonderful car buying experience. We never felt pressured at any point. I had service in a reasonable time and explainations for what was to be done were given in a complete manner. I was treated with respect . I would have liked a little notice that my service package had been completed. I was able to pay the charges without difficulty. The reminder from Toyota did not say what service was to be given.
